It stands for Louisiana, a state known for its notorious corporal punishment of prisoners. Now doesn’t that image make your cock stir? The Original LA Prison Strap is one 3/8th-thick cut of brown leather, folded at the bottom to give the handle more weight, and a tight stitch. The business end of the strap, however, is nice and floppy so you can direct a heavy whack that delivers a good sting. It measures 4 7/8 wide x 32 long.
