This harness is made of black PVC weather resistant coating over black polyester web for strength. The straps are connected to Stainless Steel rings and buckles with 1/8” thick Neoprene rubber. The rivets used to assemble this harness are a nickel brass alloy with Stainless Steel washers for added strength.
