Returns and Exchanges
Our website and in-store purchase returns and exchanges policy are the same.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from LeatherWerks, however, there are some products we sell that can never be returned or exchanged. These “no exceptions, cannot be returned or exchanged” products include any products that come in contact with the genitals, including but not limited to, swimsuits, underwear, jocks, pumping equipment, cock rings, head rings, and ball stretchers; and any product that can be inserted into the body, including but not limited to, lube, adult toys, gags, sounds, and body jewelry. It’s also important to note that any products that are on sale, meaning products offered at a reduced or closeout price, may never be returned or exchanged as all purchases of sale items are final!
Many of the products we sell fit very differently. We strongly recommend that you to call or text a LeatherWerks Team Members at 954.761.1236, or fill out the form on our Contact page before making your purchase, so we can provide you with advice and guidance on your selection.
By using the LeatherWerks website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all the terms, conditions, and policies on this “Returns and Exchanges” page, our Shipping Information page, our Terms and Conditions page, and our Privacy Policy page.
If there is a problem with your order, we will do our best to make it right. You may return your merchandise by bringing it to the store or shipping it to us. Before shipping your merchandise for return or exchange, you must call or text us at 954.761.1236, or fill out the form on our Contact page so we can ensure your return or exchange goes smoothly. You must use the address provided by the LeatherWerks Team Member to return or exchange your merchandise to us, as the address provided may be different from our location address.
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if they are not on our “no exception, cannot be returned or exchanged” product list, and with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase date for in-store purchases or delivery date for online purchases. Merchandise returned after 30 days, at our discretion, may or may not be accepted and if accepted, may be subject to a 10% restocking fee with a minimum of $25.00. All return or exchange merchandise must be in brand-new, sellable condition, must be in its original packaging, and have all original tags still attached. Merchandise returned to LeatherWerks for return or exchange that show any signs of wear, and / or are missing packaging or product tags, will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense or discarded, and no exchange or refund will be provided.
For our customers in the United States who wish to exchange their merchandise, if your merchandise meets the provisions above (not on the “no exceptions, cannot be returned or exchanged” list, merchandise condition, and within 30 days), LeatherWerks will provide a free prepaid return shipping label once per paid order so you can exchange your merchandise for a one-time size exchange. Customers who want to exchange their merchandise using an alternate shipping method instead of the free prepaid shipping label we provide, may do so using their preferred shipping method at their own expense.
For our International Customers who want to exchange their merchandise, if your merchandise meets the provisions above (not on the “no exceptions, cannot be returned or exchanged” list, merchandise condition, and within 30 days), LeatherWerks will provide a one-time size exchange, however we cannot offer a prepaid return shipping label. You must pay the shipping fee to send the merchandise back to LeatherWerks, but for the first exchange LeatherWerks will pay the shipping fee to send the replacement merchandise back to you. For each additional exchange after the first exchange, for all customers in the United States or Internationally, you must pay the shipping fee to send the merchandise back to LeatherWerks and pay the shipping fee for us to send the replacement merchandise back to you.
When we receive your package for exchange, we will strive to process it within two business days. If there is a difference in price, we will contact you to arrange for an additional payment or we will issue store credit for the excess amount less any shipping fees.
If you would like to return your merchandise, LeatherWerks will issue store credit in the form of an electronic gift card for use in our store and / or online. LeatherWerks does not issue refunds. For all customers in the United States or Internationally, if your merchandise meets the provisions above (not on the “no exceptions, cannot be returned or exchanged” list, merchandise condition, and within 30 days), you must pay the shipping fee to send the merchandise back to LeatherWerks.
When we receive your package for return, we will strive to process it as quickly as possible and issue store credit less any shipping and / or restocking fees.
A claim of manufacture defect will only be evaluated by LeatherWerks for 30 days from the delivery date and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the manufacturer’s defect policy and time frame. After 30 days, customers will need to take their claims directly to the manufacturer. Claims brought to LeatherWerks will be decided exclusively by LeatherWerks, with input from the manufacturers in question. All decisions made by LeatherWerks will be at our discretion, our decision will be final, and you agree to be bound by our decision.
To start manufacturer defect claim, you must call us at 954.761.1236, or fill out the form on our Contact page before taking any action on a claim. Sending your product back to LeatherWerks or directly to the manufacturer without contacting us first may result in disqualification of your claim. Once you contact us, our first step will normally be to have you email multiple photos of your issue so we can start the evaluation process.
LeatherWerks may require you to return the merchandise to us or the manufacturer for further evaluation. Regardless of the customer’s country of origin, LeatherWerks makes no guarantees that we will pay shipping fees to have your merchandise shipped back to us, or that we will pay to have replacement merchandise, if the claim is approved, shipped back to you. Who pays what shipping fees will be decided exclusively by LeatherWerks, at our discretion, and our decision will be final.
If LeatherWerks decides there is a manufacture defect and your claim is approved, the product will be exchanged for the same product, or a comparable product mutually agreed upon by you and LeatherWerks.
