The Ball Flask is a hollow weighted canister. First you put the ball stretcher split ring around your balls and then attach the heavy duty canister, encasing your testicles inside. If this is not weighty enough there is a removable base plate with a ‘U’ shaped hanger on the underside of the canister to attach more weight, even a leash. This is a must have for any serious CBT player!!
